Welcome to Day Ten of our 30-day meditation practice. Today we will focus on setting an intention. Intention in meditation is the act of setting a specific purpose or goal for your practice. We are directing our attention and energy towards a desired outcome, whether it be increased focus, relaxation, or personal growth. Setting an intention should be essential in meditation because it provides a clear sense of direction and motivation, helping you deepen your practice and receive greater benefits. Intention can also help to cultivate a positive mindset, align your thoughts and actions with your values, and bring greater purpose and meaning to your life. By setting an intention in meditation, you are planting a seed of intention in your mind that can grow and manifest in your life, allowing you to create the life you want to live. Start by finding a comfortable position on a cushion or in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground. Take a deep breath in, and slowly exhale, feeling any tension released from your body. As you settle into this space, consider one thing you would like to focus on during this meditation. It could be a feeling, a goal, or a relationship.  Take a few moments to let that intention settle in your mind. Now, bring your attention to your breath. Notice the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body without trying to change it. With each inhale, visualise yourself drawing in positive energy and light.  With each exhale, imagine releasing any stagnant energy or tension you may be holding onto. As you breathe deeply, imagine your intention coming to life. See it in your mind's eye, feel it in your heart, and allow yourself to embrace the emotions that come with this intention fully. Visualise yourself taking the necessary steps to bring this intention into reality, and trust that the universe will support you in this endeavour. As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmation silently to yourself, 'I am capable and deserving of manifesting my intentions. I trust in the universe to guide me towards my highest good. Allow this affirmation to sink deep into your subconscious, and hold onto the feeling of positivity and abundance that comes with it. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath, and return to your day feeling refreshed, focused, and empowered to bring your intentions to life. See you tomorrow for Day Eleven.
