Welcome to Day Four of the 30-day meditation practice. Today's meditation focuses on nature, nature around and how it teaches us to tend to the nature within us. Find a quiet and peaceful nature spot; otherwise, you can use visualisation. Sit comfortably for the next few minutes. Take deep soft breaths and feel the fresh air filling your body. Feel the ground beneath you as you sit and observe the nature around you. Notice how trees, flowers, and plants are rooted and grounded in the earth. Feel the interconnectedness between you and nature. Take a moment to imagine holding a tiny seed in your hand. Think about what you want to grow and manifest in your life. Then, as you breathe in, imagine planting this seed in the earth beneath you, feeling the support of the earth. As you breathe out, imagine the seed taking root, drawing nourishment from the earth and the sun. Then, visualise the seed growing and expanding, sending roots deep into the earth and shooting up towards the sky. With each deep breath in, imagine the seed growing taller and stronger. With each slow exhale, imagine the seed growing more vibrant and lush, bursting forth with leaves and petals. Visualise the seed growing into a beautiful flower as you breathe deeply and slowly. Then, watch it bloom and open, soaking up the sunlight and the energy around and within it. As the flower blooms fully, feel a sense of gratitude for nature. Take a moment to appreciate the beauty and support of the natural world around and within you. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath.  Remember that, just like the seed you planted, you, too, are rooted and grounded in nature and capable of growth and renewal with nourishment and care. Take this feeling of gratitude and interconnectedness with you as you continue on your journey, knowing that you are a part of nature and it is a part of you.
