Welcome to the 30-Day Meditation Guide in celebration of Meditation Awareness Month and Meditation Day on May 21st. Each day, I invite you to take a short, five-minute sensory and healing practice to anchor into the present moment and connect with your inner world. While I offer some guidance, the important part is to have your own direct experience. If your mind wanders or you feel distracted, it's okay - come back to your breath and use it as an anchor to guide you. Remember to be gentle with yourself and try not to judge your experience.
