Welcome to Day Twenty Five of the 30-Day meditation practice.
Today we come back to practising Self Reiki.
During this Self Reiki practice, take deep soft breaths, directing your attention to your hara (your belly in Japanese), the area just below your navel. Feel the life force energy here as you inhale slowly.
As you exhale through your nose, slowly breathe out, fully present with each breath.
Visualise the Reiki energy flowing through your body, bringing balance and harmony.
To enhance your focus on the breath and energy flow, you can rest the palms of your hands on your belly.
Feel the warmth and connection between your hands and your body.
Continue to breathe deeply, tapping into the healing power of Reiki, and allow the energy to continue to flow freely and support you in your space.
Stay with this practice, allowing the nourishing energy to flow and bring a sense of calm and well-being.
Take a deep soft breath in through your nose and exhale through an open mouth very slowly with a big sigh, AHH.
