Description
Welcome to Day Twenty Six of the 30-Day meditation practice.  Today there is no guided voice. Pop on headphones.  Find a comfortable position to rest for five minutes and listen to the pure live sounds and binaural beats. A binaural beat is an auditory illusion perceived when two slightly different frequencies are played simultaneously, one in each ear. This creates a perceived third frequency in the brain, the difference between the two tones. Binaural beats are often used for relaxation, meditation, and other therapeutic purposes, as they can help induce specific brainwave states, such as alpha, theta, or delta, associated with different mental and physical states. Notice without judgement how you feel in your body, and remember to anchor into your breath to bring focus and presence as you tune into the sounds.
