Dear oh dear!
Matt Chorley requested listeners to write a review so here it is. The Red Box used to be good, it is becoming pathetic. I have just listened to today's offering (22/11). It strikes me that Anne Ashworth was in the room to just use up whatever unused oxygen remains in the room. Quite frankly, listening to this woman, her mouth stuffed with plums, making tedious uninformed comments about the recent US presidential election - she clearly knows very little about the process nor the political situation in the US at the moment - is difficult to bear. The podcast is becoming less relevant by the week. I do not want to listen to uninformed commentary, especially when all it is doing is joining the silly left-wing carping which seems to be fashion amongst the chattering classes. The only exception seems to be Rothermere's Daily Rage - more disgusting photographs on pages 7 to 25: pure garbage but at least it makes one laugh. Please go back to informed commentary. Don't just slag things because everyone else does. Don't constantly moan about something which is now a fact. Please report, analyise and probe, factually and with intelligence - like you used to. And please bring back Tim Montgomerie, because he can certainly chair the podcast better than Chorley is doing. By the way, when is Henry Zeffman going to contribute anything meaningful?Read full review »

More reviews of Politics Without The Boring Bits
Wish it was more than just once per week!

One of those podcasts I never miss - cheeky Chorley offers a the best political buffet in town from the insider story of spin doctors to the complexities of the weeks issues. But please, for the love of God, stop talking about Brexit. It's so boring. @campaignbillRead full review »

By far my favourite podcast. (This better earn me a shout out). Seriously though, brilliant analysis and fresh thinking from some of the best journalists in the U.K.
