This podcast is so great. There is so much information that can be gleaned from the interviews, but what I really like is the chill format of the podcast. It usually seems like two friends talking about climbing which makes the interviews feel more fluid. Neely is good at asking questions that get her guest to go off on what there passionate about. I like the interviews when people who are trainers or pros talk about how to train when you climb in the 5.10-5.11/v2-v5 range, because its more applicable info for me. However, I also like hearing what 5.15 climbers do because its super motivating. So if your a climber and your think about climbing while cleaning your house, riding the bus, working a monotonous job, then put on this podcast and enjoy!
