Great Podcast
Hi Neely, Thanks for putting this podcast together. Great information from some good people. One thing I would like to hear is more on structured training, more specifics and conversely, more theory behind the training. Horst was good for the latter and I think Chris Hampton would be good too. Sometimes all the anecdotal info can be too much, how much is valid and how much is ongoing experimentation. Like Mike Doyle doing hang board workouts with 100+ pounds, good, bad, why does he use so much weight vs. going to smaller holds? At any rate, good job, keep it up.

The human body is a crazy thing. The Ask Kris episodes are also really great. Hopefully you...Read full review »

Neely Quinn asks good questions,...Read full review »
