“First few episodes were fascinating, story driven vignettes. Then it devolved into incredibly boring interviews where the editor just flies around the world to drink and have aimless conversations with his friends. I love Roads & Kingdoms, I’m disappointed they’d put out such a half-assed project. I kept listening, hoping it would eventually turn around, but finally unsubscribed. It’s not like there’s a shortage of interesting podcasts that are globally oriented.”
