Ric and Branderson are very insightful into the ways to set yourself up for success. The most practical and prudent advice is right here! If only people knew where to look. Instead most fall victim to the Wall Street gimmicks that there is a consistent alpha producing manager, fund, or product out there and charges you for it. Really you should seek market returns at the lowest cost possible and eliminate the behavior gap caused by emotions. My title says it all. Mortgage debt is still debt. The advice given under estimates the power of a paid for house. Sure you can make more money in the stock market, but the math doesnt work if you adjust the for the RISK of having to pay a DEBT.
