“I enjoy the show and agree with Ric's advice is about diversification which he sometimes mentions real estate as a means to diversify. Most often, Ric "says" diversification, but the real estate piece is glossed over and no substance is provided. If there have been discussions on it, I've missed it, sorry. Otherwise, please share some tips or bring on a guest expert to discuss the topic of income producing real estate as "one" form of diversification (not flipping).
