There are a few skills in life that propel your life forward across multiple dimensions. Skills with reach. Such skills transform the way you look at and interact with the world, and change you on a deep level. Reading is one of those skills. Ultraspeaking is another.
While you can find videos online of the way Ultraspeaking is trained, the podcast goes into more detail about the philosophical side: the why, the what, the influences and connections to other fields.
I was in a one-off workshop where they introduced Ultraspeaking, and Michael and Tristan have one of the most "show don't tell" approaches to teaching I've ever seen. They would have people discover things for themselves, and only explain things after they've been demonstrated (resulting in a collective "Aha!" moment from us!).
This carries over in the podcast, where their entire being is one big lesson on speaking. It sounds like the podcast is edited – but that's just how they speak. And it's learnable!
More importantly, it's learnable not just as a skill to mechanically execute, but as a deep shift in your relationship to speaking, and to *feel good doing it*.
