“I began listening to the The Walking Dead 'Cast between seasons 1 and 2 and I have thoroughly enjoyed it for both the great interviews and observations about the show. I was very glad to hear Jason and Karen recent discuss about the use of John Murphy's Sunshine soundtrack during season 1 as Rick and the gang were leaving the rock quarry. Another interesting connection with the movie Sunshine is that it was directed by Danny Boyle and starred both Cillian Murphy and Rose Byrne. Since 28 Days and 28 Weeks Later are my two favorite "zombie" flicks, I thought it was a great homage to those movies, whether intentional or not. I would also like to point out something about the season two opener that I haven't heard anyone mention. When Rick and the gang are hiding under the vehicles on the highway, did anyone else notice that not one zombie's shoes were untied? Being the dad of two young children, I couldn't help but notice.
