Nope
I appreciate wirecutter as a publication. Because it’s clean, it’s to the point, and it explicitly and precisely qualifies their recommendations. This show, which popped up in my beloved The Daily feed, appears to be some of their writers filling dead air. I simply had to voice my opinion: Do not recommend.

In the 1980s the powdered detergent I used in cold water clogged my main drain pipe causing a sewage back up and repair bill. I very much enjoyed the laundry show - fun and very informative. As a chemist, I’d just like to add one informative piece of information. The reason cold water is important (and hot water is so bad) for getting out protein (like blood) stains, is that hot temperature denatures the protein....Read full review »
