TFT Podcast is a staple of my podcast diet. The show sets out to explore teen-driven pop culture with a level of scrutiny that is uncommon to the subject. Ryan and Matt can't, and hopefully won't, stop podcasting, because they run the podcast, the podcast don't run they.

The TFT podcast is wonderful, infuriating, occasionally wrong, and often brilliant. Over the years they have covered Gossip Girl, Glee, Misfits, Skins, Friday Night Lights, Girls, and popular music with varying levels of success. I'm still a fan after their years of attempts to alienate and...Read full review »

I went through the apple ID registration just to give back to the TFT podcast. An associate professor of political science and an acting student ! with a poetry background !!! make use of their particular set of skills in this comedy of morals. From Glee to Gossip Girl by way of Skins (UK &US)...Read full review »

What more could you ask for at the price? 20 % of the content about the shows and 70% vaguely relevant social commentary and 10% random nonsnense and laugher. My kind of show. Thanks, Catherine

I love this podcast. Discussion by Sheely, Wrather, and occasional guests of themes and concepts presented in Gossip Girl and Glee take the shows out of the realm of guilty pleasures to a point of awesomeness that I thought not possible. I watched both shows prior to finding this podcast, but...Read full review »

This podcast is like an abusive relationship. They rarely put out episode because of their schedules. They force you to watch shows you probably really don't want to watch. Finally they will spoil every piece of media ever made, but you still come back for more. 5 Stars.

This podcast offers a fascinating, insightful analysis of teen soap operas through the discussion of sociology and literature. Honestly, I don't even watch Gossip Girl and Glee regularly anymore, but I always tune into this podcast because these guys present some seriously scholarly subjects in a...Read full review »

Really enjoy listening to this podcast because it provides a different view and idea of popular shows like Glee and Gossip Girl. Educated hosts comment on a variety of topics that somehow connect to the shows. Really enjoying the discussion of the show Skins for the summer but I wish you would go...Read full review »

I enjoy this podcast-obviously these guys are intelligent and well informed. My only gripe is that sometimes I wonder if either of them will ever get a complete sentence out-besides the constant interruptions of each other, there always seems to be quite a lot of hemming and hawing....Read full review »
