Very accessible listen
As someone interested in the area of infant mental health I have found this podcast to be so helpful in learning more about attachment and the implications for future relationships and wellbeing. The information is always shared in a very accessible and relatable way. Thank you Sharon Byrne (early years mentor) from Dublin, Ireland
