Clear, grounded, kind, and supportive conversations on attachment styles
Just listened to the episode on preoccupied attachment (“Preoccupation in Relationships”) and me-oh-my, it was so spot-on. The most personally relatable and plainly, clearly, and thoroughly explained description of anxious/ambivalent/preoccupied attachment I’ve come across. They also explain it in a very optimistic, normative (no impersonal/clinical/inhuman diagnostic speak), and non-judgmental kind of way. Loved it. Also filled with specific and immediately helpful tips. Thanks you two! What a gift.

More reviews of Therapist Uncensored Podcast
I’m new to podcasts (yes I’m late to the party!) - this is the winner for me. So enlightening and helpful. Looking forward to listening to more episodes.

This podcast has been so engaging and easy to listen to. I really enjoy the “recaps” each week to further understand the theory behind attachment. I’ve been really enjoying self reflecting how this impacts my own self and where I’d like to lean towards in the future. Thank you!

This show is great and valuable information. I’ve been in analysis for 20+ years and group therapy for almost 2 and to have this presented in such an easy to understand and absorb way is great
