Mind Blown!
I really appreciate how this podcast integrates research based studies, neurophysiology and real life experiences to discuss how trauma and attachment impacts human development. Most importantly to me, however, is that by the end of the podcast, suggestions are made that empowers me to change dysfunctional patterns of behavior.
