LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Therapist Uncensored is amazing, I listen to it on my commute to and from work and I actually look forward to the drive. It’s funny - I love Sue and Ann’s dry sense of humour - it’s fascinating, and it’s really useful too! It has improved both my work and my personal life. I work with children and I am very interested in the role of the body within ‘mental health’/emotional well-being...embodied experience, polyvagal theory & neurophysiological factors...all of which and more I find are weaved into the fabric of every episode. After discovering T.U. a few months ago, I have gone back and am listening to (almost) all the episodes from episode 1!
