Transparency is Powerful
The first podcast I listened to was Getting Rid of Sexual Shame and it was so refreshing to hear that conversation. Sexual trauma has definitely shaped the way that I have learned about sex, so hearing Dr. Lexx's insight helped me see myself and also realize that I have actually been using some of the grounding and coping skills already. With each episode it’s literally Dr. Joy addressing topics that we all face but we are scared to address them. Through her guests and in addition to the information she shares so much value is added.
