Love it! And I have a question
I love your podcast! I’ve been listening to it every morning on my way to work and it really helps get me into a positive mindset. I love that they’re bite-sized pieces of positive affirmations and questions, too, making it great for a quick and easy uplift and listen! Question: you mention that if someone has suffered abuse that they should use “you” statements instead. Why is that? I’d love to know the mental shift and science on why that is. Thanks!

I appreciate the very short format of this podcast… you can always find several sentences which will be powerful for you. Some questions to myself would be worth to take a bit more time to work on. Definitely, a great investment of your time ;) every day!
