Love it! And I have a question
I love your podcast! I’ve been listening to it every morning on my way to work and it really helps get me into a positive mindset. I love that they’re bite-sized pieces of positive affirmations and questions, too, making it great for a quick and easy uplift and listen! Question: you mention that if someone has suffered abuse that they should use “you” statements instead. Why is that? I’d love to know the mental shift and science on why that is. Thanks!

I’ve come to love this show, it’s a part of my morning routine as I drink my coffee. Some of the affirmations are perfect for me, some aren’t for me. Either way it’s ok because each episode is only about a minute. I’ve come to look forward to it every morning, so thanks Dachia!
