最近私は「Thinking in Japanese」と言うポッドキャストを聞いています。日常会話とか旅行の秘訣ではなく、大人でも楽しめる思慮に富んだ内容がいっぱいだからです。私はイイサクの選ぶトピックは私が母国語で読むトピックと似ていると思います。だから、私は内容に共感できるし、同時に日本語も学べるし、何より楽しいです。私はイイサクの努力本当に感謝しています。いつもありがとうございます。

Language learning is really an unproductive way of thinking. Language becoming is much more descriptive. When people begin to self-talk in the target language, they assume the identity of the language and grow into the language. Learning how to think in Japanese is the true basis of fluency in...Read full review »

I was looking for some compelling comprehensible input for my level of Japanese, which I would describe as higher intermediate, and this is perfect.

This podcast is my favourite. I listen to this podcast at least 4 times a week. I think Iisaku has a brilliant ability to teach. I would like to know if he will open a Japanese language school.

This podcaster speaks very clearly and pauses between words, giving the learner time to remember words. The content is also uplifting. I would recommend this to all learners of Japanese.

This is perfectly done. Excellent for listening and shadowing. Interesting content. Intelligent. I learn something in addition to Japanese (thus creating retention). 7-10min length. Slow. Pauses after each sentence (perfect for shadowing). Good voice. Good production. Really really good.

Very informative. Though it’s less conversational, it’s good familiarization with monologues and more formal situations.

Very thankful to have found this podcast. Because Iisaku-san talks at a good speed, I can pick up new vocabs easily and also practice my listening skills. I'm currently still at a level where I'm almost done with N4 so I do admit that there are still some things that I can't...Read full review »

I can’t understand it well enough yet but the speaker has such an entrancing voice. I love the intro song and the overall vibe of these episodes. They are laid back and deep—I can tell that they match my energy. I can’t wait to understand it.
