Disappointed
I have enjoyed the Fall of Rome podcast and was excited to see this new series. However, after the episode with Jeet Heer, I stopped. That the Trump presidency can be dragged into a series on the formation of the modern state is an indication of the sheer magnitude of the Trump Derangement Syndrome - enough of which already finds voice in American life. I did not vote for him. He will end up being a blip on the American narrative. I really don't need any more gratuitous mentions in a forum so unrelated. I'm sorry.Read full review »

Thoroughly enjoyed the podcast. Good facts. Not terrible to listen to. Looking forward to the next cast.
