Description
After a long career in the corporate hospitality industry (Intercontinental, Hyatt Hotels, Dusit International, Langham Hospitality Group ...), which was Sam-Erik's childhood dream, he turned the page and started his consulting business, shifting his focus to supporting boutique and sustainable accommodation with a kind of passion and exclusivity.
We talked about the (slow) acceptance of technology by hoteliers and how we should bring it more intensively into the back office processes and rely even more on real human contact in the front office, complemented by technological superpowers.
