Love this podcast. If you’re an athlete, young or old, or a high level professional in any other “performance” industry this is a MUST listen. Ryan has a great way of talking about in depth training concepts that go far beyond the gym and how we can apply them to our everyday life. The only thing I would like to see happen with this podcast is...more content! I cannot get enough, I listen the day the episode come out and cannot wait until the next one (refreshing the feed everyday to make sure I haven’t missed one). Great job by Ryan and Nike. It’s so rare to find a fitness podcast that is this well-rounded. The host is so knowledgeable about the connection of the mind and body. I love learning more about sleep science and meditation while the interviews are still focused on overall fitness goals.
