Changed from Physical Fitness to Mental Health
This Trained podcast has changed so much. Started listening a while ago because I enjoyed hearing health/sports/fitness experts talk about findings and techniques for exercise. It has since turned in to a mental health in sports podcast. Which is fine if that is what you are looking for but that’s not what I came here for. It’s odd because they even promoted a separate podcast about mental health. Why are they doing MH here too?
