Well balanced content for all
Edited- star deducted. I found the podcast as a suggestion to one of my favourites. I’ve been using both the Nike Run Club app along with the Nike Training Club, although I’m not likely to become a professional trainer I am serious about my training. I have found all of Series 1 to be informative and enjoyed listening to the interviews with Ryan. I feel that many of the ‘pro’ tips easily fit into anyone’s training/exercise regime and I’d recommend listening in. 5 Stars well deserved and worthy of a listen I have deducted a star for the following reason, during the episode with Sara Sigmundsdóttir we hear her describe getting injured during a competition and continuing despite her obvious injury. This is not smart, safe or wise and gives the wrong message to listeners. Ryan should have commented that this is not good practice and can lead to serious long term problems. Poorly done Nike you are better than this.

This podcast is good but seems to just skim the surface. Great guests but the episodes are so short and chopped up with ads that it feels like you don’t really get much info out of it. Whenever it starts to get interesting or deep into a topic it’s over.

Love this podcast, however, I wish they would make more so I could listen more often!

Nothing wrong with using PEDs if you’re not in a sport that bans them, but if you do it, just be open about...Read full review »
