I’m only two seasons in, but I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this podcast. If you’re an athlete, no matter the level, or if you just want to become better, mentally or physically, do yourself a favour and listen to Trained. It’s not only highly interesting, it’s also extremely useful. The tips and advices from credible professionals on the five facets of fitness (movement, mindset, recovery, nutrition and sleep) are so valuable!
