I started my health journey 3 years ago when my poor lifestyle was seriously affecting my health. I’ve gone through periods of great motivation and others of indifference where i’ve gone back to my old ways. Listening to this podcast has brought me back to a motivated state by realizing that it really matters: what we eat, when we sleep, how we train. You’re never wasting your time or money when you invest it in your health.

It’s so rare to find a fitness podcast that is this well-rounded. The host is so knowledgeable about the connection of the mind and body. I love learning more about sleep science and meditation while the interviews are still focused on overall fitness goals.
