Awesome
The farther and son dynamic, their drive to help others, their own passion, their experience, their guests, their gratitude format… it all adds up to a fantastic podcast. It’s not for the complete beginner. It’s for anyone who’s given triathlon a go, and want to know how to now do it properly/better, and for those who do it often and want to keep up to date on the latest insights. This makes it exceptional.

Great combination of interesting interviews and practical triathlon advice. The Gen Gregson interview had some great perspectives on injuries and the 4 Training Sessions to get you Race Ready was really practical.
