Overall good podcast
This podcast is an excellent resource for young women in their teens and twenties, offering a supportive and uplifting “big sister” perspective. Ashley does a great job encouraging her listeners, especially during tough times. However, I had a concern with one episode where she discusses gynecological care and describes pap smears as "very painful" and "would not recommended." Given the podcast's target audience, this comment felt a bit irresponsible. That said, Ashley did mention that she has yet to find a healthcare provider she feels comfortable with, which is important to note. Finding a highly recommended provider with an all-female staff, and a focus on both health and wellness services, can make all the difference. Let’s not discourage young women from seeking the essential care they need.Read full review »

Just listened to in my selfish era and it was so relatable. As someone that lives with their boyfriend but still trying to enable self care, I found this podcast so helpful on ways I can do so ❤️❤️
