Tons of potential
The Tunnel follows in the footsteps of Small Town Horror, Return Home, Tanis and the like. We follow Robert Chauncey as he investigates the mysterious tunnels under the city of Griffin, Georgia. So far I quite enjoy this podcast. The story is heading in a great direction and the mystery of the tunnels is enough to keep you interested. This podcast has the potential to be great, but the only two criticisms I have are the editing of the interviews, which don't seem to flow very well, and the cast performances. For the most part they are good enough to continue listening as they are, but it sometimes doesn't come across as natural and sounds like the characters are reading from a script. The only problem I have with this is that its enough to take you out of the setting, and that is what is most important in an audio drama. I will continue listening in the hopes that this might change. I'm still very curious as to what these tunnels are all about!Read full review »

The acting makes me cringe and giggle at the same time. The story line pulls me in to continue listening. I've listened to five episodes but not sure how much longer I can take the acting. I would definitely love the podcast more if they have different actors.Read full review »

Only just recently come across The Tunnels podcast and I really enjoy listening to the mix of drama and suspense. Looking forward to season three.

A good first season that quickly wins you over. As Robert Chauncey is drawn deeper and deeper into the central mystery so are you. To quote Tom Waits ‘There's a world going on underground’Read full review »
