“I have PCOS and since pregnancy and having a baby two years ago I have really struggled to manage my weight and have felt really down at times. Last summer however I started going for long evening walks and listening to your podcast - it educated me about this way of eating and I really enjoyed hearing all of the people’s stories, while getting exercise. I did an initial 8 weeks stint of low carb and lost over a stone. I fell off the wagon a bit in winter but I am back into the lifestyle now, this time with my partner. It is helping a lot doing it together and he is noticing significant benefits too. Both of us are sleeping much better, my skin has really cleared up and we both feel a lot more level headed and energetic.
