Awesome podcast, real life stories & wonderful insights into health & wellness
I started listening to the UK Low Carb podcast when the director of the UK educational charity the Public Health Collaboration (PHC) Sam Feltham was interviewed, and I have been an avid follower ever since, as the work of the PHC is very close to my heart, as I am a PHC Ambassador. I have since got to know Dan, we have shared a 3 day fast experience together, spoken many times on Zoom where Dan works his magic to create wonderful content for health and wellness, and it is my honour and privilege to call him a friend. Awesome job Dan, thanks for everything you do for this community and to spread the light of knowledge to counter the current dogma. We are stuck in the dark ages with regards to nutrition, hence the current pandemic of chronic health problems including type two diabetes and obesity. Your work has value beyond measure. Best wishes to you, Basma and your wonderful children as always

Dan is a natural host and a great storyteller and interviewer. Natural flow of conversation made me feel like I was there in the studio. Thank you for sharing about low carb diet. One of the things I learned was the nutritious benefits of macadamia nuts that are low carb as well. Love this podcast!

Such an entertaining podcast to listen too! You learn a lot from different people around the globe on how they are thriving in low carb, the host has a great spirit and their guests make this podcast so inviting! Great to listen on a afternoon walk or to make traffic rush hours more enjoyable.
