I love the podcasts
I started Keto almost a year ago , I was crippled by fibromyalgia and about to lose my job and become a wheelchair user. I was desperate to change my life and tried keto which has totally transformed my life. I now run, cycle and do yoga and still have my job. I struggle with feeling a bit alone with this lifestyle as no one I know understands it and makes me feel a bit weird for eating this way. This chatty informative and friendly podcast makes me feel like I am part of a group and a piece of something larger. Please don’t stop making these podcasts
