Amazing and life changing!
This podcast is extremely helpful and enlightening. Anyone who is in or has left a confusing and toxic relationship should listen to this. I especially love how she gives journaling exercises to reinforce what I am learning on paper, and also guide me into further self discovery. I have been in emotionally abusive relationships off and on throughout my life and I have been woken up to what has been going on for so long. Also she guides me in discovering MY weak spots and what I have been doing to keep me trapped. This podcast and the book “Why Does He Do That” by Lundy Bancroft have changed my life for the better.
