I just listened to the first episode. While I'm not sure about them acting out the scenes (I'm withholding judgement. It's a little tacky this 1st episode, and it might take away more than it adds to a serious case, I think they just might get it to work in time) the coverage of the axeman was informative and interesting. Should only have 1 narrator. The narrator with the weird high voice is distracting and is hard to follow with 2 voices. Personally I don't like how this podcast is laid out in general. There are better crime mystery podcast than this one- I suggest "casefile true crime"Read full review »

Tacky with poor acting. The subject manner is intriguing, but the the way it's presented is cringe-worthy.Read full review »

The case is really interesting but I could do without the corny music and extremely cheesy back and forth between the hosts. If they cut back on the dramatics it would be a great podcast. This case is dramatic enough without all the added eye roll inducing overacting.
