Needed to be told but overly produced
I'm very familiar with the Morgan case and it's been covered in a few podcasts over the last few years. The launch of this show was much trumpeted and staggered. I first heard about it last year. Of course it needs to be told again and in such an extensive way because it's been running for three decades, but it didn't grip me and the constant background music was unecessary and obviously following the American template. I've listened to tens of thousands of podcasts over the last decade and a bit. If you're not familiar with it, I recommend LBC's deeply moving "What Happened to Vishal?" series from 2015. Very short episodes but a haunting series that will never leave my memory. That's what this show should've been but it got nowhere near that and follows the recent habit of new overhyped UK podcasts coming up short.Read full review »

This is a very interesting and tragic podcast to listen to . From the absolute injustice suffered by the Morgan family to the laughable and idiotic police cover up and subsequent investigations this podcast will have you obsessed with the Daniel Morgan case.
