Good host but silly premise
I’ve been a meditator for 40 Years. My first retreat was at 18 years old at a goenka centre. It is always made clear that these are run by volunteers, not mental health professionals and you sign a waiver with regard to your mental health. Some people found it mentally challenging and expected more support than they got.
