Podcast stays true to the publication
As someone that works in hospitality, I like to read VinePair because it keeps me up to date with my industry without being snobbish. I enjoyed the pilot podcast episode because it felt true to that style. Excited to see what else they have in store for us.

...but the occasional foul-language rant (usually on the NY end) detracts from the show’s value. I’d rather give my full attention to the content. Bottom line, though, is that the sincerity and passion of both moderators comes through...and that’s a good thing.

But now there is so much complaining about the industry and even customers. It’s really turned into a tiresome whiney show. This is a shame because early episodes were educational and interesting.

Excellent podcast with varied guests and topics. Adam’s response to every other question is “that’s interesting” which feels repetitive.
