Meh
This show used to be more informative and less about industry complaints. I feel Zach tries to steer the podcast in an informative direction, and Adam snatches it to go on a grievance tangent. I’m from NYC and I find Adam’s comments jarring at times. Zach seems to be less nose in the air, and I would rather have a conversation about wine with Zach for fear of Adam’s condescension. However, the interview with Victoria James was awesome and the topics are interesting for the most part.

...but the occasional foul-language rant (usually on the NY end) detracts from the show’s value. I’d rather give my full attention to the content. Bottom line, though, is that the sincerity and passion of both moderators comes through...and that’s a good thing.

You could have made your point about the wine community unwisely ignoring the younger crowd in marketing efforts, without rude and disrespectful references to older people when discussing a recent wine awards event.
