Let the guests finish
The material is great but Chantel constantly cuts her guests off and interjects with stories about herself. It gives me a new appreciation for how good interviewers conduct an interview- and use good editing. That’s just not the case here unfortunately and is too much of a distraction to keep me listening.

Chantel interrupted and cut off the guests continually. I could not get past the first episode. Such a shame too as she has guests that have a wealth of information to share but if only she would let them talk.

She’s awful at interviewing. I feel bad for her guests because either not paying attention, or simply wants to hear her own voice. Most of her questions are redundant, or have no point.

Her whole brand promotes being skinny over being healthy. Could be very triggering for those with disordered eating. What works for her “skinny friends” shouldn’t be prescriptive for everyone.
