“Wow is all I have to say about this podcast! It’s truly incredible. Tony’s voice is incredibly soothing and has a good flow to it when discussing some triggering and highly sensitive material. He breaks down barriers, questions, stigma’s, and every aspect of narcissists & NPD. He makes emotionally abused people feel seen and heard. This podcast is super wonderful for people that may not have any entrusted people or resources when dealing with people like this in their lives. I had such a hard time putting a label to the context of my relationship with someone in my life and many someone’s from the past. So listening to this podcast gave me the clarity to identify and label exactly what was going on. I was also able to identify my toxic traits and why I tend to get drawn to emotionally unavailable and abusive men. There is no way these toxic relationships work unless you identify the problems in yourself, also. I’m so grateful I heard of this podcast it is a true game changer and in many cases, a life saver. This gave me the confidence and tools and resources I needed to help me now and moving forward. Thank you Tony!”
