“Without any hyperbole, I believe that Sam is one of the greatest thinkers alive today. His opinions are so incredibly articulate, reasonable, educated and rational that trying to disagree with him feels like trying to believe that 1+1 = 3. Quite genuinely it has gotten to the point now that if I learn that Sam's opinion on something is different to mine, I will immediately assume there is some flaw in my own understanding and rush to find out what Sam's thoughts are- I will then listen to them and duely change my mind (this is exactly what happened re. Sam's thoughts on Isreal, which is one of these podcasts).
