I ran across one of your YouTube videos just over a week ago and have listened to about six podcasts since. I used to walk/hike a lot but have grown more sedentary as I approach 60. Your simple messages of encouragement and your passion for walking have gotten me outside walking again and I am trying to build a habit by taking daily 10-minute walks. Once I’ve established the habit I want to increase my walks to at least 7,500 steps (I just watched your video where you cited the research supporting health benefits). Thank you for sharing with us.

I’ve been walking a lot lately to help cope with the transition of moving and caring for elderly parents this year. This podcast is a great friend to get my mind centered around my walk and being outdoors! Keep them coming!

I am so glad I found this podcast through Tracey Tiernan. I just started. I had a hip replacement in March and then a setback in May. My doctor said walking is best. I just finished my second walk with you. I can do a little more than 10 min at this time. But I’m going to build up my stamina....Read full review »
