I just discovered this podcast in Jan . I particularly like the format and the manageable “ 10 minute” Podcast. I have always been a walker but have sustained a foot injury so walking in winter boots which is necessary in Quebec is not as comfortable as runners . I’ve been walking a lot lately to help cope with the transition of moving and caring for elderly parents this year. This podcast is a great friend to get my mind centered around my walk and being outdoors! Keep them coming!
