New listener
I’m an evening walker, not a morning walker like Dave, however I listen to him every morning as I get ready for work. He’s my thought for the day! I enjoy his motivation! The idea of the fitness chain is really starting to sink in and I believe it’s making a difference in my daily fitness routine. I recently got home very late from a social event, was getting ready for bed and realized I was two thousand steps short of my daily goal. I could hear Dave’s voice saying don’t break the chain! There I was walking laps in my living room so I could go to bed with a clear conscience. Way to go Dave! Thanks for your podcast. Sheila from Wisconsin

I found Dave when he was doing his 20k per day for a year streak and followed his blog. When Dave started his podcast, I tried it. Dave’s subjects have ah hah moments when you say, hey that’s so true making it click. It really relates to my walking and likely many others.
