My favorite podcast
I listen to Dave everyday on my walk with my dog. I am 43 years old, am in IT so live somewhat of a sedentary lifestyle. I work from home and sit a lot. At the beginning of the year I committed to walking my dog everyday and getting 10,000 steps per day. I am not sure how I came accross this podcast but have been listening every day since. Dave is motivating and calming at the same time, if that makes sense. I enjoy his thoughts and look forward to walking with him and my dog 😊

I’ve known and enjoyed the host, Dave Paul, for a long time as a trusted voice on my radio station in Baltimore, Maryland. So thrilled I happened to find this gem of a podcast. I’m currently listening to the back library as each episode is only 10 mins long (or short, depends on your point of view!)
