Walking is Fitness
I’ve been using this podcast on my walks for about two years. Thanks to Dave’s 10 minute podcast, I find it easy to put on my sneakers and go out the door and know that I’ll be walking with someone and learning a little bit about many topics. While I will listen to Dave’s podcast, I try to get to a certain point in my walk in the 10 minutes. If I reach that goal, the place I was trying to get to, then I know that I’ve been walking about a 3 mile an hour pace. I’ve learned so much from Dave and find his podcast not only informative, but entertaining and insightful.

For 18yrs, my primary waking motivation was my beloved dogs. Now that of they are sadly gone, it has been difficult to get restarted. Thanks for giving me a much needed boost to get out the door and the motivation to start a new walking routine.
