“I’ve been using this podcast on my walks for about two years. Thanks to Dave’s 10 minute podcast, I find it easy to put on my sneakers and go out the door and know that I’ll be walking with someone and learning a little bit about many topics.
While I will listen to Dave’s podcast, I try to get to a certain point in my walk in the 10 minutes. If I reach that goal, the place I was trying to get to, then I know that I’ve been walking about a 3 mile an hour pace.
