Reflecting on Walking
I so enjoy Dave’s daily reflections on the obstacles, the challenges, the joys of walking. I used to be bored walking my dog but now I look forward to the topics. 10 minutes is a great length in the morning when I’m stressed… and Dave is so calming that when I have a bad day, I turn to the podcast and recharge. I have really changed up my walking routine since finding Dave several months ago. I will be forever grateful for his service to the walking community

I love how you talked about your mom and her fitness. My mother had been my role model for walking and exercise too. I’m an evening walker, not a morning walker like Dave, however I listen to him every morning as I get ready for work. He’s my thought for the day! I enjoy his motivation!
